Made fresh, delivered after hours Everything is made fresh in our Berri kitchen and delivered straight from it, even after hours. Delivery or free pickup: choose Pick up on the order form, then message us on 0493 119 908 to agree the pickup spot and time. Ordering ahead Whole cakes and party trays are made fresh, so please order at least 24 hours ahead. For same-day delivery we can only deliver what we have in stock and can get to, so we check every order first. If we can't fill it, we'll tell you and you won't be charged. To check before you order, message us on 0493 119 908. Payment You pay by card at the end of this form, through Stripe, our secure payment provider. We never see your card details. If delivery is at least 24 hours away, your card is charged when you pay and your order is confirmed straight away. If it is sooner, we check we can fill it first: your card is only held, not charged, until we say yes. If we can't, the hold is released and you won't be charged (your bank may take a few days to show it). Pay within an hour of ordering, or the order isn't placed. Changes and cancellations Please tell us as early as you can if you need to change or cancel. Everything is made to order, so we may not be able to refund an order once we have started making it. If we cancel or can't deliver your order, we'll refund you in full.
